❥ the customer owns rights to the art that has been commissioned, but CANNOT be monetized unless purchased for commercial use. usage for icons, wallpapers, personal pins, etc are okay┊ ➶ ｡˚ °PAYMENT❥ payment is required in full at the midway point (after a sketch is provided and approved by the customer), I will not continue until i recieve the payment
